There is a mystique about painting with oils. Don’t let this put you off. Oil paints are fun, vibrant and very forgiving – have a play with them.
On this course I will provide the materials; you can start to accumulate your own once you know what you like to use. I will help you to find the materials to suit your needs.
Pictured below is sweet shop made real…you will need considerably less to get started. To start with this set would be like learning to drive in an Aston Martin.
You will start by looking at tone, at first using charcoal then rapidly progressing to Oils. It will be in a fun and supportive atmosphere, though possibly a bit messy.
Bring an apron, rags and a jam jar, and a willingness to have a go.
